Chris and I met online. We met for drinks and trivia and learned we'd so much in keeping, however it wasn’t until I discovered our differences that I knew he was the main one. All of his strengths are my weaknesses and the other way around. I learned it's our differences that make our relationship easy, fun, and thus special.Here

On December 21st, 2019 Chris explained he desired to take me on the date. We were busy buying and selling a house, therefore the last thing on my small mind was an engagement. He said we simply needed an “us” day. When I awoke, he explained he desired to take me on the scavenger hunt. Each clue led me to some fun/favorite date we now have had. We visited breakfast, made gingerbread houses, played putt-putt, and we ended up around the Ocean City, MD boardwalk pier where he got recorded on one knee. After he proposed, he'd all my family and friends together in a restaurant to celebrate. It was perfect!

We knew we wanted our big day with wedding dresses with sleeves or look to be just a heightened version of people. We both are pretty straightforward, classic, and traditional people. So it was essential that our wedding represented exactly that, however with a little more spice since it was our big day, in the end.

Go along with an open mind. Have fun and try on various styles and soak inside your bridal moment. I recommend bringing just a few people with you. It can be overwhelming to possess so many opinions. I went just with my mom also it was a special moment between us. You also have to believe in your gut. You will know what's comfortable and what feels right.

This is a hard one. Can I say everything? Having an off-the-shoulder dress is unique and also the dress showcased my estimate in all the right ways. However, I think the buttons around the back were my personal favorite. It’s this type of classic and timeless look.

There are a lot of highlights that it's hard to limit, but my favorite moment was walking down the aisle with my mom. With my father having died when I would be a child, my mom and I possess a special relationship and I loved that they gave me a way to Chris. We forwent the “first look” and I am so thankful we did. My husband’s reaction to seeing me walk down the aisle is precious along with a feeling I will hold near to my heart forever. I knew I would be happy and excited to determine him, however, the pure joy and excitement to determine him truly took over. We wrote private letters to one another to read before the ceremony and after I read mine all I desired to do was walk down that aisle and find out about him.
