According to EC Regulation 261/2004, you as the flight passenger who experienced inconvenience due to Turkish Airlines flight delay can request compensation up to 600€. This applies if you were unfortunate enough to travel with Turkish Airlines and unlucky your flight was delayed or cancelled without any prior information or perhaps you were denied boarding due to an overbooked flight.
