Genshin Impact accounts: Windblume Characters Location Guide

In Version 3.5's Windblume Festival, new characters are brought to the family and therefore are present in Mondstadt along with other cities to celebrate with everyone. After you complete all the required quests and challenges, you can travel to each character over the map.

To properly celebrate the festival in Genshin Impact, you will want to find all your friends and talk to them. If you're wondering where one can locate each character in Teyvat, use our guide below.

Venti

The tone-deaf bard, as Paimon so lovingly calls him, is available sitting behind Angel's Share, the tavern owned and run by Diluc. He will be at a table alone, so why wouldn't you keep him company? You can find the tavern just northeast of the main Mondstadt Teleport Waypoint.

Timaeus Ying'er

Star-crossed lovers Timaeus and Ying-er could be visited this season at the Windblume Festival. Ying'er came completely from Liyue simply to see Timaeus at his usual spot in the Alchemy station in Mondstadt. You can reach it if you take the main Mondstadt Teleport Waypoint and head southeast.

Cyano

Cyano is nearly always working alone, which seems to be how he is going to be celebrating this season's Windblume Festival. You can find him sitting at a table away from Cat's Tail tavern, where one can play just a little TCG with him if you think so inclined. His location is going to be south of the Alchemy station.

Mona Klee

The two friends could be spotted chilling out together just outside Starfell Lake. Visit the Statue of The Seven here, and you will find them standing just on the edge of the water, with Mona trying to compliment Klee despite her affinity for blowing things up.

Albedo

Everyone's favorite researcher Albedo appears to finally be going for a break from his work. You'll find him sitting at a table around the balcony over the Good Hunter. Walk right past Good Hunter, and climb the wall to achieve him up here.

Eula, Amber, Collei, Sucrose

This number of old and new friends are available to spend time together just away from Knights of Favonious Headquarters in Mondstadt. Visit the western Mondstadt Teleport Waypoint, after which head southeast, and you will spot them together outside a home.

Tighnari Mika

A Forest Watcher and Adventurer meet, and they've much to go over. You can see the new friends Tighnari and Mika in the Windwail Highland Teleport Waypoint northeast of Dawn Winery. Head north in the Teleport Waypoint, and you will find them on the edge of the cliff discussing adventuring tactics.

Candace Setaria

Candace happens to be filling in as Setaria's bodyguard instead of Dehya. You can find the 2 chatting with one another in Aaru Village in Sumeru. Make your method to the Aaru Village Teleport Waypoint, after which go northwest towards the other side of the town. You'll find the pair standing next to the wooden elevator and NPC Maruf.

Dehya

Always a lone wolf, you'll find Dehya filling out for Cyno in Sumeru City. Travel towards the Teleport Waypoint in Sumeru City just away from Akademiya. When you arrive, head within the Akademiya and go ahead and take the first hallway around the right, past a researcher named Shatir. You'll find Dehya just outside here.
