"We chose it for its stunning setting and delightful views. It was ideal for what we wanted, that was an informal barn venue, large enough for 100 guests with a lovely outside vista."

"We've known one another for many years, having developed in the same area with shared friends, however, didn't become a couple until 2010 when Stewart inquired about out for any drink when I was home from University. We have been together 20 years when Stewart proposed on our anniversary, in a beautiful forest lake having spent your day mountain biking together."  

"Unfortunately because of the restrictions we also weren't permitted to have all our guests and we were restricted to a maximum of 65. This meant we'd no evening guests. Guests also needed to wear goggles when inside throughout the ceremony."

"There was no bar service and food and drink needed to be served to tables with guests seated. As stressful as rearranging the marriage was, and just how hard it had been having to wait another year, it had been of course worth waiting."

"Our photographer photographed my friend's wedding and we loved the standard of his photos and also the relaxed style. The photos Joe took at our wedding were incredible, a lot better than expected, and exactly what we should want. He captured the important thing moments so naturally but additionally so many beautiful and subtle moments."

"My bridesmaid, Rachel Balchin made our cake. She is a great baker. She made two tiers, each in our favorite flavors; lemon and poppy seed, and carrot cake with cream cheese icing. She also made vegan and gluten-free red velvet cupcakes to look after all our guests."
